Migraine Poll
I have MTHFR C677 and I suffer terribly from migraines. I found info about high homesystine levels could also be a cause of migraines. I have also had a MRI done a few years ago and it showed 2 spots in the white matter consistant with MS. Although I have no symptoms of MS, I am just curious if somehow this is all related. Thank you so much for your input

Hi noeln,
Sorry, no migraines here. I'm compound hetero for C and A MTHFR mutations, and tested for elevated homocysteine and do not have migraines (though several of my employees do). My Dad also has the C & A mutations, Mom just has the A mutation, but no migraines in either parent. I've heard migraines are hereditary though; do your parents get them?Raven |
