advise of different ways to get pg

Hi everyone

Well I am trying to get pg again. I had a m/c on Mar 4/05 at 17.5 weeks I lost my ds. It took us awhile to get pg and I don't want to wait that long this time. We have been trying since May and nothing so far.

I have heard that different women have tried different things that have worked for them and i was wondering what some of those things are because I might try them.

I hope someone can answer this for me and thank you for your help

reallylongtime...i'm so sorry for all of your losses. have you gone thru testing so they can determine why you're having recurring m/c's?

when i was TTC my last baby, i was doing BBT, OPK, using robitussin, ER vitamin B-6, baby aspirin, and progest (200 mg 2x a day). we had no MF so once i detected my surge, we'd BMS for 4 days consecutively. after BMS i'd stay horizontal with my hips elevated with 2 pillows for at least 20 mins. that was pretty much my regimen.

if you'd like any info on BBT'ing or OPK'ing, come on over to the BBT bb and we'll be glad to help you out!

Thank you for the information. They do not know why I have so many m/c. Most of them were really early and if I didn't take a pg test I wouldn't have known i was pg. We were going to do ivf when I got pg for the 7th time so we didn't have to do it. Well to say I m/c at 10 weeks. It took us awhile to get pg again and when i did i m/c at 17.5 weeks. The dr said that i have an IC and when i get pg the next time i will get a stitch. I have done so many tests i couldn't even tell you which ones i have done. We even did genic testing and everything came back good.

I heard women say they took herbs and other things and did other things. I just was wondering what they were.

I am on baby asprin and progest (200mg x 2 per day). And i do the pillow thing too.

Acupuncture and herbs....thats how I did it. After 3 failed IUI's, 1 failed IVF and one chemical PG with IVF, I got PG 4 months later with acupuncture. It can help your whole body as well. Just make sure that you use one that deals with fertility issues. I am now 19w 3d's so I know it works. We tried getting PG for 7 years!

Good luck.

You can only get them through a certified accupuncturist. TO the best of my knowledge they are not available on the open market. Each brand calls them something a little different. Also, I hesitate to tell you since they were recommended for my problems specifically. However, you can go to this website and find out more information.
