really high beta
Hey there! I'm new to the board, just hopped over from IVF. Got my first beta 12dp3dt and it was 683. From what I've seen, that's reeeeally high. They transferred 3 embryos and I won't get an u/s until 3/1. Just wondering if anyone else got a high beta and how many babies you ended up with. I read the beta post, but still looking for info on high #'s. Thanks!!

High betas sometimes mean multiples, sometimes not. They told me to prepare for at least twins, possibly triplets
, thank God she ended up being a singleton! The doubling is most important in your beta number. With transferring three, there is a high probability that there is more than one in there. Congrats on your pregnancy.

Congrats!!
I definitely know what you mean! We transferred two blasts and my first beta was 2,300. I was told by my RE that we could still have a singleton! My first u/s is on Wednesday so I will let you know. Best of luck!!

That's so funny that you replied because I remembered your 2,300 post (congrats!!!
) and I was going to search your thread to see your u/s results. Can't wait to hear the news. I'm so happy for you. Good luck!

Mine was 331 at 10dp3dt - so it would have been at least the same as yours at 12dpt. I originally had triplets, only two went on to develop heartbeats and they are now 6 1/2 yrs old
