Question Anyone have ligament pain??

hi there,

on saturday i started having these sharp pains under my belly on my right side. the pain would stop me in my tracks. i continued to have the pain on sun. and still have them today. when i roll over in bed i get a shooting pain, if i sit the wrong way i get the pain, when i push to go to the bathroom i get the shooting pain.... i called the dr. today and he called back and said it sounded like a ligament pain. i asked him how long this would continue and he said it could be 2 wks. i am currently 31.5 wks pg and have no bleeding. does this sound right? he said i could come in if i wanted, but i thought i would check here before driving in. it kind of makes sense now that he said that. what do you think?????? thanks a bunch! you guys are the BEST

Hi

I did have a few pains on the RHS. OB also said it was ligament pains but it only lasted for a few hours. I would go in to see your OB if you are concerned. Hoping all is well.

Few more weeks to go

I had HORRIBLE "ligament pain" when I was pregnant with Boo. It was in my groin area and was sooooooo bad when I would lay down.

The only relief I found was positioning pillows for support and Tylenol.

That sounds EXACTLY like the same kind of pain I had last week! Same spot and everything! When it 1st started, it lasted for about a day and a half, then it eased up and would only hurt if I was walking too much or laughing/coughing or when I changed positions. Now I'm not really feeling it anymore, so hopefully your pains will get better soon too.

How are you feeling now?
