Allergic to progesterone - too many ideas on how to handle it

Very briefly - took PIO shots many times. On IVF where had success, had allergic reaction - lots of hives and itching. Ended up on Zyrtec through entire pregnancy which made it livable. That was 4 years ago. Want to do another cycle. Did allergy testing. Came up positive for olive, sesame, and cotton seed oil - AND PROGESTERONE IN SALINE SOLUTION!! Peanuts were negative. So upset. RE wants me to take PIO in peanut oil with Claritin D. One allergist says Zyrtec best. Another allergist says Zyrtec and Claritin D haven't been tested well in pregnancy and advises OTC meds such as benadryl and Chlor-trimeton. Benadryl made me very sleepy only time I ever took it. In the meantime patients have posted their doctors did hcg boosters only, or utrogestin pessories, and a doctor on the internet has an article where he recommends crinone for these cases "because it is chemically different enough from the native progesterone such that the allergy does not inactivate it". So confused. Have you any experience? How can I get this resolved?? Does Fertile thoughts have a board monitored by a doctor?

I am curious about your allergies to olives...was it the tree/pollen or the oil directly...I ask because I am very allergic to olive trees/pollen but was able to use olive oil for my PIO...

it was directly to the oil

which is odd because I eat olive oil and don't seem to have a problem. They explained that the delivery mechanism is different which makes sense.
