How do you roast marshmallows at "home" without a campfire? We tried a stick over the bbq, didn't work well as there wasn't any flame or heat source like coals. Would a lit candle work?

Low flame on a gas stove would work. I'm not sure about a candle.

A candle will work but it will take forever
You can do it on a gas stove, even an electric stove but it might melt onto the coil if you get it too close. I have roasted marshmallows all those ways, but indoors, a fireplace is the best!Me 54, DH 34, Max 22, Cole 17

Fire pit outside! You can get them at Home Depot and they aren't expensive. They have covers too.
