We are June 1st too. Did not have to use any snow days so early end of year for us. My issue will be when they will be let out and if they are around the same time someone will have to wait for pick up! LOL The both go to Catholic schools so they end the year with a Mass so it depends on when they start which I know for my ds but not my dd and when they end!

We go to the very bitter end of June. I believe June 28th is the last day for the kids and the teachers go back on June 29th.

We just got hit with 5 furlough days so the last day will be June 19. The last day for teachers is the same as a result. They are changing our calendar so we go back in August. We have a super short summer this time.

Ds' graduation is June 9th that's a Saturday not sure what day he has his last class though. His orientation for University starts Aug 17th so a short summer for him. I am going to be a basket case off and on between now and then. I bought his favorite salami at costco the other day and it's best buy date was Aug 18th, the day after he will start.....
Dh is also asking me "what are you going to do next year" Well I haven't worked outside of the home since Sept 1994 and that was in a different country. I guess I should take some classes at the local community college to brush up my computer skills. My 18 year old lotus 123 knowledge is pretty outdated lolpeako

Peako - I have tears in my eyes reading your post. I'm having a hard time thinking about sending my youngest to first grade. I can't imagine how hard college will be!!!!

May 24th is graduation from LS to MS. May 25th is Field day... so I guess technically the last day of school is May 24h.

Well DS#1, is finished his first year of University! OMGosh! I'm still in shock that he was in University, let alone finished his first year and with an A average. We are extremely proud of him.
DD's exams start on June 19th, so last day of classes is the 18th and exams end on the 25th. I think we start up again early September, the first Tuesday after Labour Day and DS#2 starts school this year - half day kindergarten. My baby is going to school.Me 42/DH 43

DS#1 - August 31, 1993 (19)
DD - February 15, 1997 (Sweet 16! - Gosh, where has the time gone?)
DS#2 - August 25, 2008 (4)
2 - both at 10 weeks (1989 & Oct/07)
