Well I'm a 50 year old woman and I would like a gift certificate to a coffeeshop, a bookstore, or Target.

I was going to suggest that very thing.. I may only be 40, but that would be perfect for me.

Another 50 year old here & I say the exact same thing!!!

Honestly when I see "50 year old" in print - that looks so darn {{OLD}}} but I feel as young & goofy as I did 15 years ago... ( except that now I want to go to bed at 8pm )

I bought some specialty tea from Crabtree & Evelyn for one of my friends around that age. She loved it.

You probably couldn't go wrong with a gift card to Barnes and Noble or Starbucks.

I'm very close to being a 50-year-old woman, and fwiw most 50-year-old women like all the same basic stuff they did when they were 30 and 40 and a heck of a lot of the things they loved when they were kids

It's hard when you don't know someone, but I don't see how you can go wrong with a gift certificate to a book store like Barnes and Noble that has books + gift-type-stuff plus a coffee shop!

    Best wishes,
