What is the best way to get those fake tattoos off kids?

Both DS have tattoos on their faces from a party they were at on Sun. I have tried scrubbing them off but they just scream that it hurts. I thought there was something to put on them to get them off easier than soap? Baby Oil maybe?

    Thanks,
    Staceytoo

Baby oil or the Avon skin-so-soft stuff.
