About LinkBacksJust wanted to ask for prayers...the doctor says its a very early stage, and he's having surgery a week from tomorrow. Just found out this morning. We don't know what they'll do after that.

A good friend of ours was diagnosed with advanced colon cancer in December. He has since undergone radiation, chemo and surgery and is about to start the follow-up chemo. As of right now, the cancer is GONE!!!! Just wanted to share a GREAT outcome with you!Kim

TY SO much! Great outcomes are what we need to hear. I told him "if you have to have cancer, this is a 'good' one to have".

That it is...it is VERY treatable. Keep us posted in how he fairs through treatment.

My Dh has a friend that was also diagnosed like 3 years ago had surgery, then radiation I beleive and is cancer free now, best of luck to TOm.
