Fresh Embryo Transfer Yesterday... can anyone ease my mind PLEASE!

My name is Carrie, Dh is Michael. We have been "trying" for two years, and on fertility treatment since June of 12. It is male fertility factor, I have no issues. In fact, I have two children from a previous marriage DS who is 8 and DD who is 6
We just had our first IVF cycle this month, actually transferred 2 embryos yesterday... one was the best quality you can get (what my dr said) and it was already hatching out on its own, and had another transferred that was graded A. Dr was VERY optimistic and said he thought we had a high chance of twins. This will no doubt be the longest two week wait of my life. I have been having cramping pretty much constantly since two hours after the procedure, some clear discharge. I am on doctor ordered bed rest and no intercourse for 3 days. Can anyone tell me if alll this cramping is common?
I think I am also more stressed because we have NO more chances... no eggs to freeze. So disappointing, After spending 12K there is no way we could go through this again. Any advice or thoughts appreciated...

Hi Carrie! Yes, cramping is normal. I can tell you from experience that worrying will not help the outcome, so try to relax, kick back, do some yoga, and be good to yourself! ...best wishes and baby dust!
