Any remedy for extrimoolygoasthenozoospermia ?

Hi. I'm Indonesian. I'm 41 and I married last year. I want to have a baby soon, but I found myself having problems in my fertility. Lab result showed I got olygoasthenozoospermia. I also had erectile dysfunction. I went to an andrologist and got therapy from him since December last year. The therapy regiment I got from the doctor was serotonin, Q-10, depthen, and Eremed (a local herbal medicine - my erection problem can be alleviated a little with it) and I got hormone injection once every two weeks. After three months, I got my sperm examined. Sadly, the result is even worse. I got extrimoolygoasthenozoospermia, with very low sperm volume so that the sperm morphology could not be assessed. Knowing this, my doctor replaced the therapy with corobion, andriol, platof, and tamoplex, which is still undergoing up to the moment. I really wonder what made my condition worsened after I took the therapy for the first three months. Could anybody tell me why ... ? Is the current therapy better than the previous one, and what the outcome would be? ... Thanks for all who'd like to share with me ...

I wish I had some answers for you. I'm not very familiar with this condition or with any of these treatments for it. I hope someone else has some information for you!
