Don't freak out! What day are your frozen embabies? How many will u transfer?

I'm trying not to but its getting hard!

Well lets see there was a letter in my portal saying they froze 2 and threw away the rest. But I no longer see that letter in there.

They did freeze 2...Froze 4/6 so they are 24 days old.

I think maybe one of the reasons that the fresh did not work for us might be because CNY was really slow at increasing my meds. and I was very late in my cycle days, I dont remember the exact day but I was at least cycle day 18. My husband thinks they should have increased my meds. way before that.
Who knows but I am just getting discouraged at this point and I feel that the FET isnt going to work.

Nurse--Oh okay! I'm trying to find out exactly, but I think they were maybe 7 days old. When CNY calls me today about my results I will find out for sure.

I totally believe that frozen embryos are stronger. I'm so excited for u!

Yeah I must agree with that! My biggest worry is they dont make it after thawing!

CNY just called they told me...

Our transfer is scheduled for NEXT wednesday at 11am (May 9)

The nurse then proceeded to tell me my embryos were day 5, then she said day 7, then all of a sudden they were day 6. So I have no clue but assuming they are between 5 & 7.

I start on progesterone on Saturday. She seemed like she really wanted me to take crinone but I asked if I could do pills instead, she seemed hesitant but said sure.

She then told me she didnt understand why our fresh didnt work because our embryos looked so good and then she said that our frozen look just as good. She kept saying she is very confident the frozen will work because their success rate is going up. K well great! They gave me that same false hope last time, so I am really not listening to them.


I feel like waiting until next week is too long of a time period. But who knows. The lining thickness isnt on my portal yet so I cant see where I stand.

They wanted me to take Crinone, but a few weeks ago I seen that some people took a pill instead. Well after talking on here with Ali, she did a total break down for me on the 3 different forms. The pill I am trying to get on is Prometrium.
She had mentioned if we were paying out of pocket for meds than that might be the way to go.

Prometrium is still a vaginal insert and you do it 3x a day. The main plus about it is the price. It's hundreds less. But it still goes into your hoo-haa. :/
