Unexplained is so hard because there is nothing to "fix". I was unexplained for 3+ years. We did 2 medicated IUIs and both failed. I was really depressed and took a break from treatment. During the break I read a book that talked about the mind body connection and IF Conquering Infertility: Dr. Alice Domar's Mind/Body Guide to Enhancing Fertility and Coping With Infertility. I so felt like that book spoke to me and began doing the mind/body work. Two months later I got pregnant on my own and when my daughter was a year old we got pregnant again. I feel our family is now complete and the pain that came with the IF journey is a distant memory. I wish this for you as well.
