Is it possible with low morphology???

Hello. I'm new to this site, but I've found some really useful advise and support. My husband and I have been TTC for about 11 months. My doctor recommended my husband go to a fetility dr for a SA. So about 4 months ago my husband found out his morphology was low (I believe 4%). the dr also mentioned a possible varricose vain. The dr said it's still possible for us to get pregnant with the morphology where it is. I'm here for some personal advice or success stories from people in my position. I purchased a fetility moniter in hopes we could pinpoint when I'm ovulating. I haven't used the moniter yet for a full cycle so I really thinking our timing is just off by a day or two with us TTC. I can't explain how hard this is for me. My best friend is pregnant and due anyday now. Almost daily I find out that someone is pregnant or just had a baby. Starting my period is such a depressing time for me. And I try to stay positive because I think this is bringing my husband down. I just need some advise, success stories, and words of wisdom from others who have experienced this. Thank you

I would think if the Dr said its possible, then it probably is! Is there any kind of treatment your husband can have to help things along?
GOOD LUCK
Julie

We got pg twice after several SAs showed low morphology. The first was 0% and the rest were around 10-15%. One was a chemical pg and the other went full term.

We also got pg with low morphology, with a natural cycle. DH takes a ton of suppliments every day, and his numbers have improved.

Smiles- What supplements is your husband on? My dh also has low morphology. He has been on fertilaid, eating raw pumpkin seeds, and drinking a lot of water. He doesn't drink or smoke either but morphology seems to stay the same.

Pregnancy is possible with low morphology. We have 2% normal, and our FS said it could happen naturally, but we weren't prepared to go for years and years hoping for that elusive BFP after trying for so long already.

I have my DH on a bunch of pills daily. He takes high dose Vitamin C, co-enzyme Q10, a men's fertility multi called Menevit, Omega 3 fish oil and folic acid.

We have moved on to IVF and I don't know whether it was the pill cocktail, but we got five blasts from nine mature eggs. A great result.

My DH has the same problem. His doctor is recommending that he get surgury on the vein. But because I have had problems ovulating my doctor suggested we go straight to IVF first. I am hoping it works and then he can get the surgury in a few years. Good luck!
