Anti sperm antibodies-anything we can do in the meantime?

We did IVF last year, and it worked. We plan to do another next year, just need to save up the money.

The reason for the IVF is that DH has antisperm antibodies. Regular treatment is IVF with ICSI, which is, as I said, what we are saving for.

But, does anyone know if there is anything we can do for this in the meantime? A free pg is always better than a $10k one. It seems that everything I find simply jumps to IVF, it's almost as if no one has bothered to look at trying to treat this particular problem, just how to get around it.

I don't think there is much you can do with ASA, but I think it depends on how badly they are affected, and what part of the sperm the antibodies are attaching to

I had a good chat with the scientist who did the wash for my husband's semen when we were doing our IUIs and he took me through the whole process of how they get the good sperm from the bad, but said they still can't wash off all of the antibodies.

But as my FS has said on more than one occasion, it only takes one! We still try naturally between cycles, and I have one opportunity hopefully sometime next week, before starting IVF again.

good luck!
