Anybody been to AIOF in Milwaukee, WI

Hello, was wondering if anybody had any success stories or any stories in fact from going to the Advanced Institue of Fertility Clinic in Milwaukee, WI. I'm going there and am on my 2nd IVF FET cycle and looks like another miscarriage (chemical pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy) I'm 3 weeks in. Wondering if anybody had success with this RE to make me feel better in trying a 3rd time. My DH is starting to think the RE isn't as good as we thought or hoped and so now I'm not sure if I should look elsewhere, but at least I did get pregnant but just not staying pregnant, so not sure if REs fault or maybe something wrong with me.
Any thoughts would be great.

I gave not used them but am currently undergoing my 1st with reproductive specialty center in Milwaukee. They are great and I would recommend highly! They are associated with columbia st mary's hospital
