Post IUI Advice

Hi Ladies,
I'm doing IUI #2 this week and thought I'd ask for any advice you might have. In googling I've seen lots of different advice - some seems right on and some might be pretty silly. I've heard eating red fruits, pineapple, avoiding heat, etc. Any other advice? I'm willing to try anything!!!

I never did any of that. But I would relax the rest of the day after the IUI as I was always crampy for a bit. Think ++ thoughts and I hope this will be the one for you!
