Is it possible? (TMI)

I'm sure this is TMI but I need advice. AF came the end of July but wasn't very heavy and last before that was september of last year so on the 6th of this month doc gave me a shot of progesterone and I'm supposed to come in when AF comes. I'm assuming for blood work or something but I'm not sure. The problem is I've been having a ton of cramping but nothing has come yet. Is it possible to go through the symptoms but not actually have any bleeding since it's only been like a week or 2 since last AF?

Definitely not TMI. FT is the right place to ask anything. I don't know the answer to your question though. Sorry. I have actually wondered the same thing though, as I don't have periods or ovulate. I need meds to induce both.
But I do swear that sometimes I feel like you do.
I was going to ask my Dr at my next appt in Sept. that question.

I have heard though that you can ovulate without having AF.

Well I'm sure OPK corporations have me on speed dial with the amount I've purchased. I have tested every day for 3 years and I can truthfully say I don't ovulate. My periods are so ridiculously out of wack. I called yesterday because AF came to make my apt then late last night it stopped then late morning today it kind of started like a heavy spotting I have no clue what the stupid thing is doing and its always like this which is why figuring out what CD I'm on has always been miserable theres time its done this off on thing for weeks. The worst part is I was hoping to have a normal period since technically it was induced and my stupid body still can't get the most simple thing right.

I do understand though exactly what you are talking about. It is such a frustrating cycle (literally!) to go through.
On my first attempt at an FET I was all set to go and had just had an u/s and bloodwork and everything when I just had all kinds of unexpected bleeding (like AF). They couldn't explain it and it had to be cancelled. I was devastated because my body just doesn't make sense.
I am sorry you are going through this. I do hope they can give you some answers when you see your RE.

Not sure if you've seen my other posts. I'm in S Korea right now my husband is army and its a Korean doc not sure hes an RE but with the language barrier we've just been informed hes an infertility specialist. I dont really get answers from him like I'd like but hes thorough and treats the problems and doesn't bring other things like weight or whatever into it and doesn't seem afraid to say if he doesnt know/understand or that something is hard and he jumps in with both feet no holding back so thats great (so far anyways) I'm so sorry you had to cancel a cycle. My stupid AF hates me (guess its mutual lol) I won't have 1 for like a year then it will kind of start like the day I go in to see a fertility specialist. The thing is it will start right before leaving to the appt then stops shortly after I get back. Guess the stupid thing just likes to show me shes in control. Typical female lol. Thank you for the support hopefully tomorrow goes well have no clue what I'm in for, it's always a suprise going in to see him last time it was only an appt. for lab results I walk in the office he tells me to take my pants off. Now I coulda sworn I could hear and understand lab results with my pants on of couse I'm not a doctor or anything lol. Thats when the evil doctor with no prior warning decided to do a endometrial biopsy with no pain killers how nice he is then laughed afterwards when he asked if it hurt. Nope it was like eating cotton candy doc. Sorry for the rant but back to back AF's and hormone injections have me a bit tempermental lately lol. A little girl was short a nickle the other day buying a bottle of water and I gave it to her when she said thankyou I started crying and had to leave. Stupid hormones.
