Question About Surrogacy
Hi Everyone. I'm not new to Infertility..we got our son thru IVF. However, I'm writing for a friend of mine. She's not able to have anymore children..won't bore you with the details...but she has two little girls. Recently a relative has told her she be a surrogate for her and her husband. My friend is 24 and her husband is like 28, so they're both young and healthy. They're thinking they'd do IVF to use both their own eggs/sperm. However, she's confused about some of the stuff involving surrogacy, and I thought maybe some of you could give me some insight on it. Is there anything special that could really help her to know. She did say she'd pay this relative $10,000...she said she looked it up and most surrogacy mom's charge like $150,000, but $10,000 is all this person wanted. Also, does anyone know if any infertility places do payment plans, we figured probably not, but ya never know. Thanx in advance for any help you guys can offer....I appreciate it!
