At about 12 post your trigger/ovridel shot a pregnancy has a decent chance of showing up in a urine test-- although if it says negative, it could still take a couple of days to start up. So, if you did a 5 day transfer, you could start testing around 7 days after, if you did a 3 day, around 9. BUT, if you want to be safe that you won't get a false negative you should probably wait a few days after that.

Wait for the blood test
Hi - I did a 5-day transfer of 3 embies, and did an HPT 9 days later (the day before Mother's day). The HPT was positive. My beta was 2 days later, and it came back negative. I was crushed. I still wonder if the false positive was because there was residual HCG in my system from the trigger shot, or because of something else.
Good luck to you. |
