AF 2w late, ovearian pain, Neg. HPT?

Hello.
I haven't posted but on the step parenting board for a few years since stopping ttc. We finally had a +, which was a chemical lost on Mothers Day of ALL days!
So we quit ttc right then.
We have unexplained IF with myself, and zero sperm count with Dh, but after 2weeks, I figured...I'd HPT.
Of course it was negative.
My AF is sooo incredibly regular, you could set the sun by it, BUT 4 months ago, I had a 'bonus' AF 2w after the regular AF. The next Af came 2w later (on schedule).
because this was soooo odd for me, I had my GP run zillions of tests, only to find nothing wrong with me. No fibroids, no cancer, no polyps, no infection, no thyroid, no diabetes etc etc etc.
Now after 4 months od regular periods I miss one by 2w???

I need infor to bring to my Dr. He is retiring in 4 months and is a generally bad Dr. anyway, so any he will not be caring too much nor working too hard at this puzzle.

Any ideas?
And did I mention, my left ovary has been twinging for about a week now. I have no PMS, and No AF in sight.

Any ideas welcome please!!
Thanks ladies ;-)

I don't know what to tell you except to call and ask for a blood test to confirm the -HPT, you never know it could be a false negative! Stranger things have happened. I am also one of those with an incredibly predictable cycle, this past month was our first clomid/iui cycle and now I am wondering if I have totally messed up my system. since I am 1w past AF due date and still -HPT, I have an appointment wed morning w/ RE for bw/us. I myself am not to optimistic!!!!

Thank you for your reply. I wish their were more though, so I bump this back to the top.

I am 21d post AF now, and Pg is virtually impossible unless by some Virgin Mary-type theory.

Still....I am going to a concert tonight, and wonder....ya know...that .001% in the back of your mind?

I tested at 2w? post AF and it was a big quick zip- as it would be, but.....once an IFer.....kwim?

Any last theories before I go out on the town tonight??
I can't even see my GP till Dec. 18th!
Ouch!

Sounds like it might be a cyst?
