Can you encourage one side to ovulate?

Do you guys think there is any way to encourage one side to O over the other? I had wonderful levels and a nice long LP, but I O'd on my right side which for me is my WRONG side because there is no functional tube there! Any theories? I'm willing to try anything (well, almost!)

I was wondering the same thing also. My right side seems to produce more dominate follicles and since I might have an occlusion, I was hoping to get the left side going.

Ladies, I think the answer is no. I've done quite a bit of research on the human reproductive tract and everything I read says that it alternates sides every month. But I'm sure that there are exceptions. Maybe this is a question for your OB or RE. Let us know what you find out! Very interesting...shanna
