Nope, DHA is an Omega 3 that among other things, help to stimulate the brains nerve endings.
DHEA on the other hand is a Hormone that is secreated by the Adrenal Gland. It is circulated in the bloodstream and has the ability to become other hormones. Edited to add: I'm not sure why he stopped the DHEA and gave you DHA. I would assume since they do two different things, it is ok to take them together. You might want double check that he wanted you to stop the DHEA or if he wanted to ADD the DHA to the DHEA. Good luck!

it was just my ob not my re that gave it to me. i guess he doesn't know what he is talking about or i didn't understand him. he is chinese and hard for me to understand
