Question Cramping after BDing

For the last 4 nights DH and I have BD'd, last night being night #4, afterwards I began to have cramping pain, not the worst ever but it was painful. No pain during sex though. I was wondering if this ever happened to anyone because it has never happened to me. I have just taken my 1st round of clomid 50mg CD 4-8. We are now doing the 2ww.

When I did a search on yahoo though the only results that came up were about cramping during pregnancy. I decided to take this as a sign. I feel better this morning. I was thinking maybe gas pains or constipation??? If anyone else experienced let me know what it was.

Thanks a bunch.

I didn't know he could hit my cervix, hmm. I called my Dr today about it and he said that if it got worse to come in tomorrow and they would check me out. I just had an HSG and I was worried about infection but he said it is too late for that

I think you are right about the gas though. I am feeling better now. Not great it really was painful.

thank you very much.

I've had post-coital cramping on 4-9 days post ovulation on two of my past cycles. My personal explaination is that my ovaries and that area were swollen from the drugs. But I was on follistim at the time. Once I had cramping so bad I threw up (not pleasant) and RE nurse told me it was unrelated (but frankly, she was wrong - sorry, I just know it was related to the swollen abdomen I had since I triggered). Its good though that your doc is checking you out. Let us know what he thinks.

My other thought is that if you had already ovulated, there are cysts left behind from that, and those can get bumped and hurt, when I have had ovarian cysts in the past, they make my ovaries flop in weird places and they get thumped during Bding. again, it depends on the position, but we ruptured an ovarian cyst once that way, DH thought he broke me, I about dies afterwards, and lay curled up in a ball around a heating pad.
