Since Friday I have been in pain, it's not sharp or shooting but my lower abdomen is so tender and painful. I tried tylenol and a heating pad but it was not easing my pain so I called my re on Sunday but I felt I could wait until monday to be seen. I went in and had a u/s and that was painful ,so my left ovary has two large follicles and my re said to keep testing for a LH surge and to have timed intercourse. He wasn't sure if the follicles were healthy and would not give me a trigger shot. But if I didn't surge or was still painful after a week then to come back in and he would give me provera to start my cycle. I have very mixed, confused feelings about my findings and I'm glad that it's not a cyst because it would have stopped treatment. But I almost talked myself out of going to the doctor because i was being a baby and it was inconvienent for work. I stopped ov testing because the re had cancelled my cycle because on the 10/10 my follies were to small. Any way enough complaining I have been testing and hoping for a LH surge and doing a lot of BMS.

I am having ovary pain also - i triggered on Sunday night and since then my right ovary is feeling swollen and it hurts when I walk. Great huh!
It sounds like you've had a really confusing cycle! I did want to say that my nurse told me that extra heat can cause a follie to rupture (thats why you should exersice after cd8 and why no hot tubs) - I don't know if that applied to heating pads but I thought i'd pass it along.
Good luck - and have fun with BMS!
