Cramps...need advice!!

I took my first cycle of Clomid this month (50mg) and I'm now on CD18. I have had HORRIBLE cramps for the past 3 days straight and they seem to be getting worse! The cramps are not just on one side, so I don't think it's "O". The cramps are in the middle, like it's my uterus and it feels like it is terribly swollen. It is sensitive when I push on it. It makes me feel like I want to go to the bathroom all the time. Has anyone had this? I am worried about OHSS. Can anyone offer any advice?
Thanks!

Sorry - haven't felt this before on clomid....I wouldn't suspect OHSS unless you respond really well to clomid, especially since you're on a low dosage. I think you should call your RE if you haven't already. Hope the pain goes away soon!

Have you had your IUI? It may be an infection from the procedure?

Also, it may be OHSS. I would ask the RE how many follicles ASAP.

I would definitly contact your Dr tomorrow to let them know how you are feeling. I have heard of OHHS with clomid. It is VERY rare though!

Thanks for your replies. I'm having an u/s tomorrow because the doc didn't know what could be wrong. She's going to check for cysts even tho I don't think that's it because my pain isn't one-sided.
