About LinkBacksI don't need to tell you what's going on (or not going on) on this end, but does progesterone cause constipation, and how to deal with it with OTC things?
I've drank more water, eaten more fiber and fruits, and things just aren't... progressing!

My RE warned me it is a side effect of progesterone, fortunately I'm not experiencing it yet although i've only been on it for 4 days. He told me to drink more water and eats lots of fiber so what you're doing is right. I don't know maybe eat more fiber. Good luck.
