I have been on the blocked tubes, alternative treatments and IUI boards, but I am new here. Since going off BCP and TTC I've gainged 30 pounds. My physician recommened I start trying to get those pounds off because it always improves fertility AND when/if I do get my BFP, I don't want to start out over weight. I have battled weight in the past and am extremely angry with myself for letting it get here.
Can anyone tell me what you did other than eating right and exercise while 3TC? I KNOW I need to bump up my workout routine, and we already eat pretty healthy, but I work nights and those night snacks are killing me. Can I take any supplements that are natural? What have others done. It took me 20 months to put on 30 pounds, but I want to get them off quick!
Thank you ladies!!! to all of us! Here's hoping for a BFP for Christmas!

Welcome to the board. Weight Watchers often works for me (well, when I can stick to it...lol). Their new points program sounds promising. I am hoping to start it again soon.
I have also tried the Carb Lover's Diet. It is a couple of books with recipes/suggestions and I had some success with that too.
Not sure of anything super quick though.
Good Luck on the weight loss and on getting your BFP!!!
