Anyone Try TV dinners?
Well I've been trying them. I'm losing weight too. I guess it's the same idea as nutrisystem. I take vitamins and eat a 300 cal or less tv dinner or low calorie/sodium soup every 4 hours. I try to watch ingredients to find a dinner that has low sodium. I even eat pasta for breakfast. If I eat cereal, I've found that I feel very hungry all day. So..... it's soup or pasta for breakfast. Sometimes I substitute a yogurt for one of the meals, but not breakfast. I try to get veggies and fruits in my meals. Some of the meals are better than others.
