Multiple HCG Shots?

Has anyone who's gone through IVF and has a high BMI tried multiple shots of HCG? My doctor is prescribing 20,000 IU of HCG this round, however someone told me that they read it works better when it's administered over a few days (i.e. 15,000, then a couple of days later 5,000, then again a few days later 5,000. Does anyone have experience with this?

Preparing my my 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th (depending on how you look at it) IVF attempt.

June 2005 – IVF cancelled before start - found out I had health issue that had to be dealt with right away. Had to wait 12 months for drugs to be out of system before trying again.
August 2006 – IVF completed - transferred 4 grade 4 embryos - unsuccessful
Dec 2006 – Went for a second opinion – lousy and discoraging doctor - told to lose weight
June 2007 – IVF cancelled – low response during stimulation – attempted IUI – failed IUI
August 2007 – IVF cancelled - medication error – attempted IUI - failed IUI
December 2007 – IVF completed - transferred 3 grade 4 embryos - unsuccessful
March 2008 – Next round!
