Full Figured and Frustrated

Well, I've got to admit that right now I'm pretty frustrated with the weight gain and loss mess. I want to improve my fertility by losing weight, but here comes the holidays and all of those naughty treats. I sent all of the trick or treat candy with the hubby to work, but I know that people are going to try to force cookies and pie on me, and I really can't stop worrying about it.

The hubby doesn't want to see fresh babies so we are probably going to avoid many of the family get togethers. Still, there are some things we're going to have to go ahead and go to. Ah, I almost forgot how horrible it can be with so many cousins adding to their families . . . *sigh

Hi, try Green Tea for fertility and in the long run it will help you lose the pounds. Siberian Ging Seng tea is also good for energy and fertility. Good to get you excercising if you havent got the energy like myself. I have seen improvement in my energy levels. Good Luck.

i work out everyday. even thanksgiving and xmas. early in the am. I write down all I eat. I eat everything in portion sizes.

I avoid tons of carbs, high fat and sugar foods. If i have potatoes i dont have rolls. I avoid butter cause i have gravy.

If I have pie i avoid whipped creme and I eat a sliver not a full piece.

I load up on veges or salad.

I make sure i work out a few extra minutes during the holidays i tack on an extra 10 to 20 minutes.

If you gym isnt open go for a 3 or 4 mile fast walk or a run.

Once my portion sizes are gone then im done.
I fill up on water.
I avoid alcohol.

if i have a glass of wine I have half a glass.

I avoid beer or mixed drinks.

I hope this helps ITs alot of mind over matter. and alot of self determination. Just ask yourself how will i feel after i eat this and how much weight will i gain from eating it. I just lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks. I took 2 weeks off for surgery. I hope to be up in the gym again real soon.
