Ugh...more waiting

Just spoke with the doc's office, everything is fine. I do have a follicle that is 1.43 right now. I have to go back Friday for another sonogram and more bloodwork. I am on CD 17. Is my follicle growing to slow? Help!

Dont get discouraged. They may have to up your dose of clomid. The fact you got one follie is good. Your first cycles is a starting point to see how your body will react.
They may have to add injectables.

Good luck

I guess the fact that I'm impatient doesn't help. I know you're right about the first month trying to find out what I need. I was kind of just hoping it went faster.

Quick question....how do injectibales work? Does it usually increase the chances of ovulation and conception? Is it something the doc has to do or I can do it myself?

Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Vitamins, eat specific foods, etc.?

Do you also think the fact that I'm losing weight is affecting it at all?

The injectables are something the doc would add. They may just up your clomid first. I dont know of anything to speed the process. But I always tried to eat healthy. Lean proteins of couse a prenatal vitamin. Losing weight catn hurt. Plus be careful what kind of excersie you do during a cycle. You dont want to do anything to strenous, Walking is the best to do.
