    August FET?

Hello. Just wondering if anyone is planning on doing an August FET. I don't have my exact schedule yet (should get it next week), but it's looking like I will be having ET in late August or very early September.

I'm in! I wonder why there's no cycle group?? Shall we start one? I don't mind monitoring it.

This will be round 5 for us but first FET with our solo frostie. BCP starts today!!!

Funny story..WTF meeting today....hysterical. We were brought into an exam room to do BP / weight. Then we sat for 20 minutes. All of a sudden, DH starts cracking up...laughing hysterically. I made the mistake of asking him what was so funny after his severe giggling subsided, he said, "how funny would it be if Dr S walked in an we were totally going at it!!!! We could tell her we thought IVF stood for "incredible, virtuous f*cking"......of course I break down in a ridiculous fit of laughter (makeup streaming down my face) and BAM- dr shows up and thinks we're both crying. Good god....

Sperm fragmentation test came back great but sperm contains funky proteins so another fresh cycle sans donor sperm is pretty much out of the question.

I am in! I am hoping to FET in August, though my RE's office does not know that I have a cyst..... It has been there for like 7 or 8 weeks now. Waiting for my Gyn to call and let me know how to proceed. Hoping it will not affect FET.

    Good luck to us all!

BTW- [Hopefully not TMI] I did my first IVF in January- but my booty is still numb from PIO! Anyone else have this problem? Thinking about trying the patches or suppositories this round...

That is so awesome, I can't think of a better reason to put a cycle on hold.
Best of luck to you and your brother!

@Castle - thanks. Guess things happen for a reason.

As for the PIO, there are other oils that may be less of an issue. My lumps lasted quite a while. It's not pleasant but much better than the alternative methods of delivery.

G36 - I know, I don't really want to do the other 'methods of delivery' [love that term btw] I have no problems with needles, and I heard that PIO delivers the most accurate/absorbable dose. Guess I will just have to give up feeling in my booty for something even better

& I love your WTF story, sad you won't be cycling with us- I'm sure we could use more of those stories, lol.

dnjblohm & mbaby - Do you have your schedules yet? Do you know if you will be doing a medicated or natural FET?

I have never FET before, so I am a lil worried what kind of cycle my clinic will recommend......
