Hi Ladies,
I just found out today that on 6w1d U/S that I am miscarrying after 1st ivf . It didn't came as a surprise as my beta started low, even though it kept rising. I am still heartbroken as I was expecting a miracle and hope got enlightened every time beta doubled although it was very low.
now I have a couple of day 5 and day 6 embryos, with mixed grades of AB and BC. I have mild PCOS, no insulin resistance, all labs pcos relted and day 3 normal, TSH <2, PCO ovaries- long irregular cycles generally ovulation happens between day 11-23; sometimes anovulatory.
based on this please let me know what you think of these things?
1. RE thinks dnc is not required as m/c is too early. also didn't see much tissue in U/S to analyse for cause of failure.. any thoughts
2. RE is not hesitant to do a FET right after m/c? Is it ok.. has anyone had success with FET right after IVF resulting in CP or miscarriage? i know some clinics wait 3 months..
3. he transferred 2, and thinks we should transfer 3 next time? is it feasible considering I am 30 and did have implantation last cycle.
4. biggest thing- Should I do a NATURAL or MEDICATED- considering my history. Although I prefer natural but is it difficult to find implantation window exactly in natural FET? anyone had success with NATURAL FET? I will definitely do medicated if it has favorable results

With my first IVF I miscarried, we transferred one embryo I was adivsed to wait 3 cycles and we did, I had a D&C because after a week nothing was happening and I wanted to start over ASAP. So we did a FET transfer 3 months later and transferred two this time and they both took. If I were you I'd wait a couple months atleast. I don't know your history or age or any of that sort as I have just came back to this site after being away so long. If you'd like to message me feel free

Hi rashin,
I say do what makes you comfortable. Your doctor is obviously the one with medical training, so if he says it is ok to move forward, the decision is yours. Most people that I know in similar situations were told to wait three months, but then again every clinic is different.
Best of luck with your decision!
