Hello, everyone. I want to share my story so that any of you who may be feeling discouraged can have hope. I underwent an unsuccessful IVF cycle in 2002 and we froze 11 embryos. We decided to transfer those frozen embies this past November. We had four make the thaw, but due to an error in the lab, only two were transferred. Well...I am pregant with TRIPLETS! Not only did both embies stick, one of them split so we are expecting indentical twins and a fraternal triplet. I am currently 13 weeks along and things are going very well. I have experienced a lot of cramping that began in the early days after the transfer and continues to this day so cramping does not mean you will get a negative beta! I also had spotting and even once saw bright red blood - but all babies are fine. I ate a lot of fresh pineapple during the three days leading up to and after the transfer. It was a tip I read on this board. It may be an old wives' tale, but I was willing to try anything. We have many weeks ahead of us and I have been told it will be likely that I will even spend some time on bed rest in the hospital, but it is worth it!
I think of the ladies on this forum all the time and decided I should tell my story so that you will all know that this procedure can work! And don't worry about every little spot and cramp. Keep your chins up.
I keep all of you in my prayers and I hope that your dreams come true.

Congratulations! That is just awesome!! And with all the doubts I have been having about my upcoming FET your story was really great to hear! On a side note, triplets must be going around right now. My cousin did IVF back in November and she's got three on the way too! Best wishes for an uneventful pregnancy!
