I had an FET on August 12th. We implanted two embryos, one 8 cell, and one 7 cell. I was thrilled to get a BFP! I just had my 7 week U/S yesterday and we saw one beautiful little baby with a heart rate of 140! I loved seeing that little heart pitter patter away.

Sadly, our 2nd embryo also implanted but it didn't grow. It seemed to stop developing at a week or so. There was a 2nd sac, but it was TINY compared to our healthy baby. So, we were sad to see that, but grateful for our one little frozen miracle! My embryos have been frozen for two years, so this was a true blessing.

I just want to put hope out there. It works!

Another success story here. My daughter will be three this month, a result from a fresh IVF cycle with two embryos transfered. Her twin brothers were both born a month ago today from two frozen embryos from that cycle. FET worked better for us then fresh!

Any success stories from those around 40 who have frozen embies that are over 5 years old? Would love some inspiration for our upcoming FET sometime late this year.

ampreg07 - i had cramps after the transfer, pretty much had them all through my 2ww. They got so bad at the end I was convinced the cycle was a bust but I took a preg test and sure enough it was a positive. Hopefully the cramps are a good sign for you.

After 5 IVF's, We had our first FET - and finally, SUCCESS! Just got results from Beta #3 and we are looking good. Just wanted to share that the only thing we did different this time (other than it being frozen vs fresh) was Intralipids. I seem to have repeated implantation failure, it might be "controversial" but we don't care! It wasn't that expensive - like $85 for the infusion itself, and my RE office administered them at an office visit intravenously.

Who knows ......but that's quite alright by me! Best wishes to you all!

    Jen
