Anyone in this forum who had no symptoms at all after FET and still succeeded I had my transfer on 11th and i am going crazy because I dont have any symptoms...My first ivf cycle failed. I cannot take twin risk so they only transferred one in my fist attempt. That failed and I only had one embryo left in storage. Thathas been transferred now... I am really going crazy with this wait and not having any symptoms...

I had no symptoms, nothing - until the day before my BFP - I had what felt like electric shocks in 'my girls' and it was brief. Other than that - nada.

    Good luck!!!

    Hi ladies-

I was wondering if fragmentation is something to worry about. My embies have 20% or less fragmentation (grade 2). Anyone have success with fragmented embies...?
My FET is next week...nervous! :-O
    Any stories welcome...!

I think what matters is the age at which the embryos were created rather than your age now! Good luck!

My 2nd BETA will be Monday. Our only issue is my husband's sperm morphology -which we didn't even find out was the problem all these yrs until this year! For the past 8yrs we just figured it was me!

    Our FET Success Story:
It sure didn't start out a success. I took all the shots to the stomach and butt to prep my body for the embryo retrieval (ER) in January 2010 but I was one of those crazy cases and ended up with 30 eggs!!!!!!!!!! I was absolutely miserable each waking (& sleeping moment). Within a couple hrs of the surgery, my body swelled up and it looked as if I was about 5 months pregnant (I'm normally a size 4 so you can imagine how bloated I was). My DH rushed me to the ER where I found out I had gained 4lbs of blood and fluids in my body due to the surgery. The reason was....when they take out all the eggs, your body naturally wants to fill up all those empty spaces so my body filled up w/a whole lot of blood and I had a dangerous amount of fluids building up around my kidneys, etc. The Emergency employees about killed me (literally) b/c they didn't understand such a surgery or the fact that I was experiencing OHSS so they put me on an IV!! This was causing even more agonizing pain. I began convulsing. They were dangerously adding to my problem & didn't even know it. So my tip for you is to call your doctor before going to the ER!! I tried but the ding dong on-call nurse was at a "double feature" movie and for 4 hrs I was suffering beyond belief while she enjoyed her movies w/her phone on silent! My body didn't function properly for more than a month after all this trauma. Anyway, my doctor said I should freeze my eggs and try in a few months. It was way too much for my body to go thru an ET at that time. Out of the 30eggs, only 3 were good enough to keep. Gee and here I thought I'd have enough to share with a village. Four months later I was healthy enough and we defrosted 2 of the 3 embryos and transferred them on May3 '10. Since they were 5 day old blastocysts, I only had to wait 10 days for the BETA (Lab bloodwork). BTW: At first I was upset my doc allowed my body to keep creating a large number of eggs without adjusting my meds to slow my body down BUT since only 10% of mine were worth keeping, I guess it's good the way it turned out. I vow to NEVER EVER go thru that agonizing IVF process again. Personally my body just enjoys the meds too much and creates too many eggs. I think they say that this OHSS issue only happens to less than 5%. I'm not strong enough to suffer like that again. So many women have been thru worse than me and still have the strength to go on and I applaud each of them but I'm not that strong. So, I was really hoping these 2 embies would take in May since we only have one left in the freezer. Well, it took!!...I don't know how many yet though. I got a BFP!! So excited. I've read so many stories on this site where women (and their docs) prefer for you to wait and use FEs. Very interesting. And I've read tons of FET success stories on the other FET forums here.

We tried for 5 LONG yrs to get pregnant the first time (with our DS). We had to move to a new state 2 times during this process. Changed infertility docs 3 times. Had 2 unsuccessful IUI's but then the 3rd IUI got us pregnant! We were told we were an "unexplained" infertility case, etc. etc. I was so upset for those 5yrs and lived in a daze. Nothing else mattered. Angry and sad all the time. So, I focused on my career and happened to succeed a lot! Traveled a lot on business and felt very needed and important in the company. I proved to myself that I was able to achieve a lot more than I gave myself credit for and that I was a **** good business woman. My point is that I truly believe that that lesson was super important for me to prove to myself before I became a stay-at-home-mom. God knew exactly what he was doing! My mom was never a businesswoman and is very insecure about always having to rely on her parents or husband to care for her financially. It was important to her that her daughters didn't feel the same. God knew this and that's why I was meant to work hard for those 5 yrs and THEN HE WOULD GIVE ME A CHILD when I was good and ready!! Looking at life like this makes it all better. It has helped me a lot along the way of our 2nd attempt at TTC. Knowing that God knows EXACTLY what is beautiful, perfect and fulfilling for you! I had no idea if we were meant to have another child after we had 5 failed IUI's (yep we had 8 total). But what I did know is that God knew what was perfect for us.

Good luck to you all! I so wish for peace in all of your hearts!!
I had the same exact thing happen to me!! I had 30 eggs retreieved and ended up in the hospital a week later because I gained 15 pounds I couldn't walk or even sleep, parts of me were swollen that I never imagined could get swollen. I was so scared. I was in the hospital for 4 days while they put me on iv with major pain meds and put a drain in me, it was crazy. All my embroyos were frozen, 20 were fertilized, 11 made it to day 5 blasts. I was so annoyed that I couldn't have the transfer done like everyone else 3 or 5 days later. I had to wait 2 months because of a few reasons like they were closed for a little and it took a while for my lining to get thick. They transferred 2 the first time, it didn't work, a month later I had 3 transferred and I had a bio chemical. It hasn't been easy. I have 4 left and I am about to transfer the rest of these babies in, I think beginning of Jan. If this doesn't work I am 100% switching Dr's. Congrats on being pregnant!

    Quick history:
    IVF #1 transferred 2 Day 5 blast but ended in m/c @ 5 weeks
    IVF #2 transferred 3 Day 5 blasts but ended in m/c @ 5 weeks
FET #1 transferred 1 Day 5 and 2 Day 6 blasts but lost our daughter @ 9 weeks

I just went in for my 4th transfer today - didnt get good news from the lab when we got there. the last 2 of my ice babies were still collapsed at the time of transfer and one of them had lost some cells.
I am jsut wondering if anyone has any experience or success stories with similar circumstances?
