i'll be transferring 3 frozen day 6 blasts on wed.....should we do assisted hatching?

My clinic reccomends AH. I did AH but my embies were day 3.

I asked my Dr at my last transfer in April about assisted hatching and he said that it's not necessary with 5 day blast.Latica

I wasn't given a choice it was automatically done. I was told by another embryologist (not associated with my clinic) that its not automatically necessary but my clinic just does them.
I am currently pregnant so for me it worked well!

I have 5 day blasts.
First FET, no AH, BFN
2nd FET, did AH, had chemical pg.
Doing 3rd FET tomorrow, definitely doing AH.

My clinic does AH on all frozen embryos. I had AH done on both blasts.

Hannahsmom - Did you get pregnant with both blast? I had a chemical on my last FET, do you think had i done AH the outcome may not have been that?Latica
