Day 3 FSH Hormone Test and Shared Risk Approval

Hi,
We are supposed to start our IVF#2 this month (1st cycle with Shared Risk) and was asked to stop progesterone and call in when AF arrives. Got period on Fri so called Shady Grove and asked when I needed to go in. They told me to come in Sunday and said they'd leave a msg for my nurse to call me. I went in Sunday and took the test. I got a call in the afternoon saying that everything looked normal except the hormone prolactin level were slightly higher than normal and mentioned it could've been if I hadn't fasted.

I was surprised to hear this since the person who made my appt never told me I had to fast and my nurse didn't call me back until after this phone call. I had ate and drank that night and morning and so informed them about this.

I was asked to come back for another blood test sometime that week, so I went in on Thurs(Day 7) and again, this time the nurse had left a VM saying fast midnight on and no nipple stimulation several days prior to the blood test....well I guess I need to have things spelled out and didn't realize this meant no intercourse and...the 2nd test also came back w/ higher than normal hormone level.

I'm supposed to go in on Tues(Day 12) to get another re-test.
I am absolutely freaking out and had a nervous breakdown this morning, realizing that even though due to being young and all other factors going well in the 1st IVF cycle my Dr. has stated that I'm a good candidate for Shared Risk, this is pending the results of this blood test. Are the results effected due to the test being on Day 12 instead of 3?!

I am extremely worried that due to not being well informed I may not be able to get approved for Shared Risk...I spoke to the Finance person this morning, and she sent an email to the Dr. and the Nurse(who are both on vacation for the long weekend) and said she'd get back to me no later than Tues. Well, I cannot think straight b/c I'm so sick to my stomach realizing that if we don't get approved we cannot afford multiple IVF cycles until it works. Anyone who may have knowledge of this, or how it may play out in their approval decision factor or has gone through this...PLEASE HELP!

I'm not sure about the Prolactin needing to be on CD3. But to get an accurate reading for FSH, E2 etc. I would wait for CD2 3 or 4. Good luck
