IVF Meds

Our insuance doesn't cover anything IF related except for diagnosis. I have heard people getting IVF meds free. Does anyone no how I can go about that? We almost have enough for procedure costs all we have to worry about are the meds.

Also, does any one know of any IVF clinical trials going on or where I can find that information?

If you participate in a study you can get free meds.

Also, some clinics have a medication donation program for those with leftover meds. You'd have to ask your clinic.

Ask your RE. Many people donate their leftover meds. I gave mine to my RE several times and he assured me he would distribute them to pts without insurance coverage. I have seen my RE open drawers in his office with TONS of med samples. I am sure the RE could at least give you a few things. After all, you are going to drop a lot of cash there. There is freegaragesale website too. It's not legal... but people do buy and sell there. Of course... I am not recommending this... just letting you know about it since alot of people do it. I don't think you could get anything free but reduced, yes. Good luck!

Thanks. In the past with my IUIs I have gotten free samples but I am not sure if they would be able to spare enough fro IVF. I am not sure about donated meds.

I have heard about garagesale.com and I am not really sure about that.
