AAA for your car also has rx discounts...

I know it ain't much, but DH and I got AAA several years ago before a trip we went on. When we went to the AAA office to sign up, they had info about prescription discounts. I ended up using it within a month or so and saved over $200 on 2 rx's. We pay $120/year for the both of us for AAA Gold. I just picked up my rx for Clomid yesterday (10/11/07). For 5 tabs, it was gonna be $23.99 at Wal-Greens but w/AAA it was $15.65! $8 saved is $8 saved! Like I said, I know it ain't much, but it does help. I'm not sure on injectable meds, but I've not had it NOT discount anything yet! Hope this helps. With everything we go through, any penny saved helps! Plus, I'm sure I'm not the only person who can't qualify for Capital One! My credit is so bad that I'm not worried about someone stealing it!!!!!!!

Good luck all,
Dawn

AAA is great. I also have used them. I got clomid 100 mg for 5 days at CVS pharmacy and would have been $ 50, with AAA discount it was $25. Also bought provera/progesterone pills 7 days it would have been $10, with AAA discount it was only $6. This is almost 50% discount. Better than nothing. For my injectables I didnt use AAA, cause my RE called them in to a specialized pharmacy and they give discounts for cash patients-I should have asked for further discount with AAA.
