About to get job at Talbots for IVF and have questions?
Anyone know if you can be hired as part B or do you have to work toward it.
What it considered infertile, do I need a dR letter. I have tubal ligation, then a reversal , and now dr says I need IVF. Does Talbot outlet count as Talbot's insurance

Hi Shellyk2,
You can be hired in as a part time B and get benefits after 30 day of service. I would assume the outltet has the same policy as the regular store in terms of their health benefits. If you are in doubt, get the number to HR and give them a call. They are very helpful with start date of benefits, cost, and etc. Once you are covered, call Cigna and they can help you with the IVF coverage. Good luck!!! |
