ins question

Hello everyone my husband works in CT and they offer BC?BS of Mass I was wondering if anyone had this ins and if they cover any IVF? I have ins for both of us through my employer but they don't pay much so we were thinking of picking his up as well it would cost 140.00 a week so before we get on it I wanted to see if they cover anything and if it would be worth it.we would be getting the enhanced value plan
Thanks

I have BCBS the ppo plan, on my husbands Insurance. It DOES NOT cover any of the actual treatments, such as iui's, or IVF. It only covers bloodwork, ultrasounds, and ome of your medications. It is a bummer! We have already done 4 iui cycles, and 2 IVF cycles. I just miscarried at 12 weeks (last week) and we were devestated.

We have payed for all of the actual treatments out of pocket! Even though MA is a mandated state for Infertility coverage, again, it depends on what kind of Insurance you have.

Good luck to you.
