I had my fibroids removed in 2002 and now they are back in full swing. Lord knows I do not want to go through another dose of GnRH due to the side effect. Has anyone had any experience with Fibrovan?

Never tried it but have read up on it on their website.
Dunno what to say...it sounds too good to be true quite frankly.
Do you think you'll try it?

I ordered it two weeks ago and started taking it. (talk about being desparado for cure) I have an appointment with my ob/gyn on the 26th for another ultra-sound to see if there are any changes. It could be all in my mind but I feel like the pain and the blotting have reduced. I will let you know how the ultra-sound turns out and if this stuff works.

fibrovan has given me my life back re: luchianna
I have heard that it may not be for everyone, however I have suffered with fibroids for over 10 years. I have been unable to sustain pregnancy and felt that my God given right as a women was gone forever. I adopted three beautiful children and made myself content.
However God closes one door somewhere he opens a window. I have been taking fibrovan for over 2 months my menses are back down to 5 days without a lot of clotting. It was a test the first two weeks I felt great, then the old symtoms returned clotting and heavy bleeding. I sucked it up and continued my quest. I can honestly say that I haven't felt this good since I was a teenager. Good Luck Luchianna, warning there are no side effects to fibrovan but do not take pamprin or naproxen when you take fibrovan you will have severe back pain and constipation

Fibrovan
Thank you so much for your reply. I started taking it last month and just like you, my cycle was very short (3 days). I also had an ultra-sound after 3 weeks of taking it but there are no changes in my fibroids size. I was not expecting much change since I had just started on it.
I am sorry to hear that you could not sustain pregnancy. I just started trying to get pregnant since my OBGYN said this time no fibroids have grown on the path. Mind you, I had 26 removed in 2003.
I will let you know how my next ultra-sound goes which is on January 3rd. Good luck in everything and may God bless you

What I found out
Thanks for posting this. I followed the key ingredient Nattokinase to this site:
http://biomedicmessageboard.com/inde...49f&topic=16.0
http://www.biomediclabs.com/fibroids
Looks very promising. I think that I'll try this too. (also check out at a local Japanese grocery store what Natto is). Note that Neprinol is just the name of a supplement that also contains Nattokinase (similar to Fibrovan). I have no knowledge of which one is better, except that I found more info at the above site and want to share. I really want to get rid of my fibriod w/o going under the knife.

Hi Ladies,
I also found out that changing your diet can also help. Have you read "Natural cure for Endo and Fibroids"? It is a pocket sized book and I must admit that ever since I stopped eating red meat, and avoiding sugars etc. I haven't been having those awful periods as I used to. Mind you, I've only started this about 2 months now....but I do feel a difference.
I am still interested in other products that can help.....please keep us on this board informed as to how the other natural products help .....

Neprinol
I read a lot more and just ordered the product. But I haven't read anything about its impact on pregnancy - whether women get pregnant while taking it, or continue to take it while pregnant. That's quite disturbing. I will call the company (manufacturer) tomorrow and see if I can find anything. But I did read posts saying that it helped to shrink Fibroids.

Neprinol II
I called the company, talked to a sales rep, and I didn't get answer to all the important questions. Still, want to post here to share.
-- how long has the product being on the market (2.5 years)
-- Can I take during the period? (Yes, but it may make it heavier. Also, some women spot in-between after taking it).
-- How about trying to conceive? (That's not a problem -- but somewhere I read that a doctor saying stop 3 days before ovulation. If so, why?)
-- How about being pregnant? Do you have pregnant women who're taking it?(Ask your own doctor -- they're hiding behind the FDA rule now - we don't provide medical advise)
-- How soon should I expect to see results? (1 month)
-- Do fibriod grow back after I stop? (maybe, they can grow back if you have a surgery too...)
-- Since the product has been on the market for 2.5 years, is there any clinical study done on effectiveness on fibriods? (Yes; but the result is not yet published).
I'm still going to try the product. Meanwhile, please post if you have any experience with Neprinol and/or other similar products like Fibrovan.

Fibrovan
I was doing some research on vitalzym which has almost the same ingredients as fibrovan. Well, I came across the below topic after I googled.
http://www.energeticnutrition.com/vitalzym/enzymes.html
That does not mean I will stop taking Fibrovan since I have been feeling much better.
And btw, I sent the Fibrovan company an email and they never responded. That was after I had already placed my order and received the pills.
I hope this is not just an easy way for them to make money off us. I am so desperate i could try anything at this point.
