    February 2012 due date buddies!

I thought I would get this thread started...

I'm due 2/6/2012 and am of course in the nail biting stage of the pregnancy hoping everything is ok and that I don't m/c. This is our 6th pregnancy after our DD was born in 2007 so I'm pretty nervous. We had 3 beta's last week and they looked good (doubling every 30 hours) so I'm hopeful this one is going to stick around!

Would love to commiserate with any other ladies also due in February 2012!

    # 1 Natural DD, 4/20/07
    # 2 Natural DD, m/c 16 weeks 10/11/09 due to genetic issue (Cardio Facio Cutanous Syndrome (CFC)).
    4 m/c's and chemical pregnancies between 5/10 - 4/11
Boy / Girl twins via IUI due 2/6/12!!

Jenn hi! I also feel cautious posting so early after experiencing loss. My edd is february 1 st so we will be close together! I am actually having some bleeding today but begged re for an us and everything looked great, so i am cautiously optimistic. Hmmm i had beta numbers on the exact same days with almost the exact same numbers! Ill update my signature when i am not on my ipad....it doesnt work well. I assume 1975 is your bday? We are the same age too!! My ds is a year younger than ur dd. So glad u started our thread!

Hi Sarah - how are you doing? Did your bleeding stop? I was born Oct 1975, hoping this is our year and I don't have to do another birthday without being baby #2 on the way! I've been feeling great so far - no morning sickness at all (I didn't have any with my DD either). I'm feeling pudgy already and am wondering if there might be more than one in there (we did an IUI with 7 follicles). I'm anxiously awaiting our u/s on Monday 6/13! Time seems to be passing so slowly ... I just want to fast forward to the u/s so I can start to relax a teeny tiny bit.

Hello ladies! Hope you don't mind if I join your group! I am due 2/9/2012 (it still feels weird saying that). I'm still in shock/disbelief/don't want to jinx it. I developed OHSS after finding out I was pregnant so it hasn't been a pleasant experience so far. I am anxious for our ultrasound on 6/14. My RE thinks multiples based on my Betas. Once I see a baby/babies and hopefully a heartbeat or two, I will be a little less tense....hopefully!

Congrats to both of you and best wishes for a happy and healthy pregnancy for us all!

Welcome mama! I've been very antsy today waiting for our u/s on Monday. Time is passing soooo slowly. A women in my yoga class said she hoped my u/s goes ok because hers showed a blighted ovum when she was pregnant last time. Ummmm why would you tell me that lady??? I mean it is a yoga for fertility class, we don't need to be freaking each other out.

Here's to a weekend that passes quickly!!

So- the ultrasound was ok. (I thought I posted from my iphone but it didn't go through). Baby is still there and you can see the yolk sac and fetal pole. No hb however. RE scheduled another us for next week and said that if we don't see it then, we will have to take me off all the meds and do a D&C. He said not to worry too much bc he has had many patients pull through and see the hb at a little over 7 weeks that they didn't see the week before. After everything we have been through however, I am still super nervous. Of course I have alread told everyone I am pg too.... Sigh so much agony. Keep me in your prayers for next Wednesday!!!!
I started feeling queesy in the mornings on Wednesday. I haven't been sleeping well so at first I thought it was a fluke, but I was really queesy and tired today. I didn't throw up but felt pretty bad for a while. Hopefully that is a good sign. I am so nervous for next Wednesday!!!

Jenn- Some people are so insensitive. Women who get pg easily don't understand how what they say affects us. I will keep you in my thoughts/prayers. How many weeks will you be on Monday? 6weeks? Remember my RE said only 50% of women see hb at 6 weeks.

Mama- Welcome! Welcome! I am due February 1st! I took it off my signature when I had some bleeding and passed a big clot. I promised myself I wouldn't jinx myself and put it back until we see the hb. How do you feel about twins? I see you have two DDs already. (Interesting we all 3 already have one baby already at least.) Are you feeling better from the OHSS? I used donor eggs this time so it was more like an FET and much easier on my body. Per my post to Jenn, don't be disapointed if you don't see the hb Tuesday... you are early yet.

We have a big week next week..... u/s on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday!

I am trying to stay calm at work. I am a chemical engineer but work in compliance/controllers right now. We are in a big audit so it is tough to keep stress levels down. Do either of you work?

Hi Sarah - so next week when you do the U/S you'll be 7 weeks? I'm sure everything is fine, I've read about lots of ladies not seeing the HB at 6 weeks like you said and everything was fine at the next u/s. Worst case, seems premature for the RE to recommend a D&C to me at only 7 weeks (and furthermore, I would think he'd want to take you off the meds an see if your body gets the hint). I think I'd give it another week for sure.

How scary that you passed a clot! Given our histories I can imagine how scared you must have been. I think your quesyness is a good thing.

A part of me wishes I was feeling like crap as reassurance but in reality I feel pretty great (I did with my DD too, I LOVED being pg). My boobs hurt and I feel like I'm showing already (in fact I'm in Sbucks now and would really like to unbutton my jeans). No morning sickness at all though.

I will be 6 weeks exactly at our u/s Monday, although I figure I get a bonus 2 days as I O'd on day 12 of my cycle and not 14. I'm really crossing my fingers for a HB so that I can be put at ease a tiny bit. I'm OBSESSING with waiting for the u/s. I bet I think about it every 2 minutes. Crazy.

I work as an IT Consultant / Sr. Project Manager running software projects. It can be really stressful and I actually quite my 60 hour / week job in January and started at a diff company a month ago. So far this new company has been more reasonable w/ the hours (40 hours / week) and for the next week I'm on a project part-time at 24 hours / week which I'm THRILLED about. I do 10 minutes of "legs on a chair" each night (my yoga instructor said it's great during the 1st trimester as it gets more blood into your uterus) and do some slow breathing and I think just those 10 min help center me a bit each day. I try to be really conscious of my stress-level and how I'm breathing and whatnot. I think the thing I have the most "guilt" about is not drinking enough water. I just don't crave it much to be honest. My husband calls me the human camel.

I have you both have a great weekend!! Fingers crossed for all 3 of us this coming week!

Jenn, next wed i will be 7 weeks. I am obsessing about us too. The clot was too scary. I cried and cried. So glad that you were able to find a job that is less hours. Mine is 40 to 50 hrs a week and i wish it was less. Part time would be the dream. Ive never done yoga. I like aerobics etc but cant seem to fit in exercise with a 3 yr old and full time work. I was walking but re said to chill for awhile.

I gained 92 lbs with my son. Yes that is not a typo. So i am really sensitive about trying to only gain the 30 recommended this time. I am so obesessed with eating healthy i eat too much.
