My turn for bleeding. I went to the bathroom earlier and there was a pink tinge on the tp, sorry tmi. A few minutes before I had had a pain in my left side, like ovary pain. Then there was a little red. All of this while DH and the boys are out and I am trying to help the Nurse's aide with MIL. So I put a pad on and there is very little there, a very small amount of red but I am still getting pink tinges when I wipe.

Jenmom---sorry to hear about the bleeding! I hope it has stopped for you. Were you doing anything physical when it happened? I have been reading online that quite a few women bleed during the first trimester. Maybe you can call your dr and try to get in for an ultrasound, at least so you can get a peek! Rest and take care of yourself!

AFM....I'm so tired of these PIO shots!! There is no more room on my butt for these!

I wasn't doing anything overly strenuous and it definitely was ovary pain so I am hoping it was just a cyst. I am still getting a little pink whe I wipe. And to top things off my DH got into a big fight yesterday and MIL passed away last night. I had heard her moaning wehn I had gotten up to go to the bathroom. He said she passed around 2. He cleaned her and got her dressed. He left a meassage for his Brother. He doesn't want to call Hospice until his Brother calls back in case he wants to come see her.

Hi all! I am new to this board and wanted to introduce myself. My DH and I have been married for almost 12 years, and have been TTC on and off for the past 10. We had our first IVF cycle in June 2008 that resulted in a BFN. Due to financial and emotional issues, the frozen embies were kept on ice until this year. We had a transfer done on June 2nd of 3 embryos - 1 Class B 5 day and 2 Class C 5 days.

The way my doctor works is to just check bloodwork after 1 week, but only contact the patient if there is an adjustment that needs to be made. The 2nd week (14dpt), however, is the actual pregnancy test, where they actually call you with the results. My 2nd round of bloodwork was on June 16th - and I was on pins and needles all day. I felt that during this 2ww, things felt different, but I wasn't going to "cheat" and take an HPT.

The nurse called my at about 1:15pm EDT and told me that I was in fact pregnant!!! She told me that my beta was 523, which I hoped was good enough! At this point, they are not going to do anything else until June 30th when they do a quick u/s to, as the nurse put it, "see how many they are needing to treat".

This is my first actual pregnancy, and I am honestly scared to death. I am an overweight woman with many medical issues, but feel that I am ready to be a mom. I am holding off on telling anyone in our families about the pregnancy until our first trimester is over, so I am now counting down the weeks, very anxiously.

Sounds like there has been a lot going on for many of you, so I'm praying for safe healthy pregnancies for all of us! I look forward to being involved in this board and hope to be able to stay throughout the next 9 months!

    Best of luck to all!
