    Heartbeat Boy vs Girl?

DO you believe that wives tale? High girl Low boy??

What is 155 considered? What do you think?? I'm 12wks and today the PA did the HB check it was kinda funny, cause she was like ok I'm going to ck for heartbeat but dont panic if I can't find it sometimes we have a hard time locating it....I'm thinking ok lady hurry up already a little to the left and you will find it....I've rented my doppler so lets move it! hahaha I didn't tell her that though.

My DD was always in 160's so first thought when she said 155 was BOY!

    Who knows?????????

    My Mood
    Cynical
    **barge from August**

I cannot remember the hb of my 2 older kids (boy and girl - I think my son's hb was always higher than my dd's) but this one is a boy and it was always around 155-160 and just dropped to 140 the last few weeks (35 weeks tomorrow).

I really think that every baby is different. I did however do the needle and string thing over the belly. Back and forth is supposed to be a boy and a circle is supposed to be a girl. Of course, it's another "old wives" tail but it was straight back and forth and I'm having a boy!

    Good luck!

Well don't know if it's all true or not. My son was 160 the first time I heard it not sure what it continued to be at never thought to ask. This baby I have now is 153. So who knows. I do know all I want is a very healthy bundle of joy. Don't care if it's a boy or a girl.
