Has anyone else not gotten AF yet?

I still have not gotten AF back and I'm starting to get occasional hot flashes and night sweats. Not to mention bitting of the head of DH every so often (poor dear). Should I be calling the doctor?
I do still pump once a day, about 3 to 5 oz could that be keeping her away?
Is anyonce else experiencing this?

I just got mine, unfortunately. And I just stopped nursing Alexandra all together, not even pumping anymore. When I was nursing Baden, I didn't get a period until he was 5 months old, then it was so light I questioned if it really was a period. Guess so because the next month I got pregnant with Alexandra!

I know a lot of ladies on the breastfeeding forum have said they can go months without having a period even if they are just BFing or pumping a few times a day.

Right now I'm looking into different birth controls so I don't have a period, or just a few times a year.

I have felt like pms symptoms 3 times, but never had anything happen. I still nurse 5 times a day so I figure that would keep it away.

if your concerned about it call your gyn. alot of people I know needed a pill to jump start their systems after the baby.

I went for my annual on Monday and asked the doctor about bringing on AF. I've been miserable with symptoms for weeks. Weight fluctuation, cramps, bloating, salt craving....
She put me on progesterone at a high dose for 10 days. Hopefully I'll get it soon and we can all go on with our lives! My poor DH has been so understanding!

yea, i finally got mine last month. So it was 6months, and I BF exclusively. It was when I started my LO on a 3rd meal, so I think he cut back on how much he drinks. I have had alot of friends have to go on some time of estrogen supplementation for a week to jump start their cycles.
