    Do you brine your turkeys?

    This is my first year actually making a whole turkey. I always brine my chicken and was wondering of I should do the same to the turkey?

    A-13 years
    R-20 months
    L-6 months

    I have only ever brined a wild turkey (still tasted pretty wild!) and just roast a store bought turkey. However I am not a gourmet cook!
